I loved how it impacted every aspect of my life. One of the most important areas of improvement to me at the time was it accelerated my personal recovery from several physical injuries I endured while on active duty in the Army. I knew then that I needed to become a yoga teacher and take it to the military. I did just that soon after graduating from college. She loves using anatomy in her classes and tries to find balance at the intersection of the latest science and research and time tested age old wisdom.
