Being a Yoga Alliance certified course, there are many required modules that have to be there in order to be “certified”. Some of them include:

Things to be Aware of
While we love this course, here are a few things that you need to be aware of to be sure its for you.
- Minimal face-to-face instruction time as most of the program is to be completed online by you on your own.
- Emphasis on Vinyasa yoga may not be a good fit for students who are more interested in other types of yoga sessions or want to learn about yoga in general.
- Program is done at your own pace which might be great for some people, but might take so extra will power for others. The lack of a formal classroom environment might make it difficult for some students to maintain motivation and accountability. Again this is totally dependant on your personality and how you learn.
