Yoga Handstand Flow

This yoga handstand class is designed to build shoulder and abdominal strength as well as shoulder flexibility for handstands. Our peak pose is “handstand prep” which is a variation of handstand that is more accessible than the full pose. Handstand prep is a wonderful way to get the benefits of handstands without all of the difficulty.

As always, listen to your body and rest as you need to. Honor any injuries you may have, especially back, wrist and shoulder injuries. If you have high blood pressure, glaucoma or are experiencing a heavy monthly cycle, inversions are not recommended.
