Yoga for Spinal Tension
In this episode of Namaste Yoga, Melissa will take you through a series of yoga postures to release spinal tension. We will begin with a guided relaxation and breath practice to bring awareness to the spine. From there side bends and twists open the individual vertebrae of the spine. Flexion and extension help to open the front and back vertebra of the spine. The practice ends with a series of mudras (yoga postures for your hands) dedicated to the spine.
