This class with Erin is designed mainly as yoga for runners. However, everyone would benefit from this sequence.

The set of yoga for runners poses will take care of all muscles engaged in running. You will stretch your thighs, calves and hips. Although the asanas are chosen mainly to relieve all muscle ache and get you ready for running, you can also expect to lengthen and twist your spine.

The flow character of this class makes it more of a cross training yoga for runners than just a regular deep stretch.
