Yoga for Office Workers

Yoga for Office Workers is a class for all-levels and is great for beginners. If you sit in a chair for much of your day or if you drive a lot, many times the lower back starts to ache. Whenever we’re sitting or standing, the spine compresses and the lower spine takes on much of the weight. This class is focused at stretching all of those areas. If you work in an office or sit a lot during the day, please try to work this class and other yoga classes into your routine at least 3 times per week to keep your body healthy!
