You will start calmly with some relaxing exercises and breathwork. Slowly, your body will warm up, getting ready for the vinyasa yoga sequence.
This class combines a pleasurable, gentle flow sequence with asanas targeting your key group muscles, emphasizing your core, legs and arms.
Practitioners on all levels of practice will benefit from this sequence. It is challenging enough for the advanced yogis, but its well planned structure makes it a perfect introduction for complete beginners as well!
