Yoga Vinyasa for Ab Workout

This standing twists and ab workout class starts with a fast pace warm up- sun salutations, lunge vinyasas followed by a standing sequence with a focus on twisting poses and core strengthening poses. NO JUMPING so it’s a 30 minute quiet practice. Great for when you are detoxing, or trying to build internal heat in the body. Abdominal work at the end. It’s a mellow Level 2, Intermediate practice. The class requires a lot of standing twisting and balancing work which is more appropriate for level 2-3 practitioners.
