YOME is FREE online service for individuals who want to learn about yoga, yoga teachers and studios who want to optimize their business. We offer comprehensive knowledge and easy to use tools for any type of users.
Now it’s simple for our users to acquire knowledge and share information with others in the community. The content on YOME is provided for educational purposes only, and it doesn’t replace medical advice or treatment. When you use or access the services, you enter into an agreement to become bound by all the terms and conditions of our terms of service. Terms of Service Agreement
YOME may offer to provide the Services as described fully on the YOME site when selected by the user and are solely for the user’s use and are not granted permission for use or benefit by a third party. Users of YOME, the yoga portal, may be individual or corporations and must be 13 years old or older. Individuals 13 years old or younger may not post or list personal information. Upon using the site, users take on the full responsibility for the use and selection of material and services on the site. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Site is revoked in such jurisdictions. YOME does not make or claim that the site may be accessed in any country or territories that forbid the use of the viewing or downloading of materials. The subscriber is responsible for all compliance with laws in their jurisdiction
The team at YOME will strive to make the site and services available 24 hours a day and seven days a week, however services on our yoga portal may be interrupted for upgrades, maintenance, improvements, and repairs. We will do our best to minimize any such disruptions. Therefore YOME is not liable to the user or any other party for any modification, suspension, discontinuance or lack of availability of the Site for any reason.
It is the user’s responsibility to obtain and maintain equipment and materials needed to access the site. This includes but is not limited to modems, hardware, software, and connection services. YOME retains the right to restrict or limit the use of storage space without notice and at any time.

Unless specifically stated in a given section user may not modify, publish, copy, upload, or transmit for sale or in any other way exploit any of the content, software, or services in part or in whole. User may however download or copy content for personal use only providing that they adhere to all copyright agreements. Using the content for any purpose other than personal use is prohibited unless written permission is given. YOME and/or third parties retain the copyright and licensing and title for all intellectual property therein.

As a user you shall own and maintain the copyright of all materials you add to the Site, but agree to grant YOME a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable right and license. This right includes the right to sublicense and use, copy, publish modify, store and distribute content. YOME will make reasonable efforts to remove all material in a timely manner upon termination of user’s active membership to the site, however caching and referencing of said content may not be immediately deleted or removed. User represents warrants and agrees that all content they contribute will be safe and free of legal infringements. Content will not violate or with any copyright or trademark owned by another party. It will not reveal any trade secret not owned by subscriber and it will not infringe on the intellectual property rights, the privacy rights, or publicity rights of another. Content should not be libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, inflammatory, or violate any law or right of any third party. Content should not contain a virus, worm, time bomb or other computer program or device that is intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information. User must immediately remove any content that violates the above rules when notified. Any violations of this section may result in immediate termination of services.
Restrictions and Warranty
As a user you are responsible for all of your activity in regards to services and site access. User’s access and use of site may be immediately terminated if any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity occurs. Use of YOME, the yoga portal, to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes, transfer or store obscene, threatening and/or illegal material is expressly prohibited. As a user you are explicated prohibited from sending unsolicited e-mails, bulk mail, spam or other materials to users of the Site or abuse, harass, threaten, or stalk any person or party you obtained connections with as users of the Site. You are also prohibited from crating and using a false identity or impersonate another individual, or posting false misleading information or deleting and altering information you did not post.
YOME has no fiduciary duty or special relationship with users. You as a user acknowledge that YOME has no duty or responsibility to you as to how the content and services affect you. Much of the content is provided by and is the sole responsibility of you the user. YOME does not monitor the site and takes no responsibility for contributed content. You the user releases YOME of all liability caused by content or services provided on the site.

As a registered user you are required to provide complete and accurate information. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination from the site. YOME reserves the right to refuse, and or terminate any account for any reason.
Registered user will indemnify and hold YOME, its directors, officers and employees, harmless, including costs and attorneys’ fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of user’s access to the Site, use of the Services, the violation of this Agreement by Registered user, or the infringement by Registered user, or any third party using the Registered user’s account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
