Press up to Handstand Yoga Flow

Press up to handstand is more advanced and if you’re attempting this for the first time, we would suggest going to a wall for support. Also, it’s advised that you have been practicing handstands for a while and feel comfortable going up and holding. Pressing up requires both strength and flexibility. Jacob Manning is demonstrating for us and he makes it look pretty easy, but it’s not for everyone! As always, honor your body and rest as you need it.
