Walk and talk. How long do you spend on the phone each day? Think about all the calls to friends and family, or work-related calls in the office. It might not seem like much but even a few minutes here and there can add up over the course of the day. Every time you make a call, walk the room as you talk. Each walk and talk session could burn up to 50 calories, and these could all add up to the equivalent of a good workout by the end of the day.
