Vinyasa Yoga Class Intermediate to advanced. Beginners can modify. Power Yoga strength elements with hip openers and arm balances. A lot of flexibility work. stretches for the hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, hips, lower back. Very invigorating. After doing this sequence I felt sore and open at the same time. It was a work out and it had a calming effect at the same time. If you have time you can finish with plough and shoulderstand!
