Hatha Yoga Seated Stretching Session
This is a great hatha yoga stretching session. Together with Ali you will perform a sequence of seated asanas, bending and stretching your whole body.
This calm and gentle hatha yoga class is great to practice in the beginning or in the end of the day, but also works perfectly as a pre-workout routine. The sequence is relatively short, allowing you to easily squeeze it into your timetable.

I didn’t mind the man because I knew what was happening next 🙂
I really liked this but it was irritating that the man was not in synch. I felt rushed by him. It’s as if he had to be the first to do the pose.
