Hamstrings & Pelvis Opening
This hamstrings & pelvis opening yoga flow of Yogea is especially designed for people with tight hamstrings, hip flexors, quads, psoas and gluteus. This one has a nice pace and a good voice, but I found it really hard to follow. It`s funny, I don`t think there`s much place to complain when you`re watching ad-free yoga videos that people have kindly put on the internet, but I would advise that this one be re-recorded with clearer vocal instructions so it`s easier to follow with just your ears instead of having to turn your neck to watch the screen in order to know what to do. Thank you, though!
