    Yes, yoga can suppressed insomnia because yoga helps in soothing stress and losing unwanted weight. Create your sleep schedule, avoid taking naps in day timing and avoid alcohol, smoking and other stimulants. Do something relaxing before bedtime, like having a hot bath and eat only a light snack before bedtime, if hungry.
